Beatrice Zilio focuses on banking and finance law transactions. She regularly assists banks and other lenders, investment funds, sponsors and national and international companies of primary standing, in connection with acquisition and investment financing, real estate financing, corporate and leveraged finance, margin loans and tender offer financing, in the most important economic sectors, in many of them implementing innovative and complex structures.

She has also gained strong expertise in debt restructuring and restructuring agreements, as well as in debt capital market and structured finance transactions.
