Antonio Palazzolo has over 15 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. In particular in the infrastructure sector he has dealt with transports (motorways and light rail transport systems), car parks and hospitals, while in the energy sector he has dealt with renewable energy plants (wind, photovoltaic, waste-to-energy, hydroelectric, biomass and biogas) and charging systems for the electric vehicles. Antonio regularly assists leading national and international companies, investment banks and financial institutions in all phases of these deals (development and acquisition of projects, participation in tenders, due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of construction and other project contracts and financial documentation), combining specific skills also in the regulatory, public and administrative law fields.
