Epke Spijkerman, partner and lawyer, specializes in employment and employee participation law aspects of (international) mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, reorganisations and dismissal proceedings (collective and individual). Epke has extensive experience in advising and litigating for national and international companies, including listed multinationals.
