Ahmed is a Senior Associate in AMJ’s Corporate/Commercial Department.  Ahmed’s areas of practice include company formation, share transfers, mergers and acquisition, capital market, corporate governance, regulatory conversion of companies, real estate and company secretarial matters.  Ahmed acts as a legal advisor and assisting a number of closed and public joint stock companies in convening general and board meetings. Ahmed also represents clients before the Omani Courts on a range of private law matters.
