Career

Kyriakos is a member of our Banking and Finance team.

He specialises in cross-border financing transactions, shipping financing transactions and his clients include international financial institutions and corporations as well as investors and high-net-worth individuals. Kyriakos is also involved in corporate law matters, including joint ventures and cross border mergers and he has experience in advising clients in relation to real estate and Sports Law matters such as Sport law disputes and sports sponsorship.

Kyriakos has obtained a Law Degree from the Democritus University of Thrace in Greece. During his studies he completed, among others, modules of the Corporate Law, the Civil Law, the European and International Law.

Kyriakos was promoted to  Partner in 2024 and is based in our Limassol office.
