Tonia has obtained an LLB Degree from the University of Essex in the UK and a Masters degree in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol in the UK.

She concentrates in banking and finance law by representing international corporations and financial institutions since 2002. Often instructed by Magic Circle firms and acts for international banks in relation to finance transactions and security agreements and she is frequently involved in ship and aviation finance, corporate and company law including reorganisations and M&A and regulated markets law.

She heads the banking & finance department and the corporate department of the Limassol office.
