Elmina specializes in the fields of company and commercial law. She has been involved in a number of M&A deals, including joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate transformations.
She regularly advises domestic and international clients on complex business transactions in the hospitality, energy and retail sector and has significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of all relevant transaction documents.
Elmina also has considerable experience in the areas of banking and finance, representing clients in large scale financings and in sales of NPL portfolios.
