Associate
Erna advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. Her practice mainly consists of acting for corporate clients on domestic and international transactions (including, private acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures etc.) and general advisory matters both at a local and cross border level. She has been responsible for providing legal support to a great number of prominent M&As and performing legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation and handling of related Greek law formalities.
Erna is also involved in project finance transactional work and has acted for domestic and international private sector clients, credit institutions and credit servicing firms.
Her experience includes advising on company formation, intellectual property law and multi-industry companies on corporate and commercial matters with regards to their day-to-day operation and regulatory compliance.
