Vicky specializes in the fields of insolvency & restructuring, bankruptcy, corporate, insurance and commercial law. She advises creditors, debtors and potential investors in the context of pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings and has extensive experience in negotiating agreements in respect of complex financial transactions. Her practice also includes support on regulatory compliance across a variety of industries and legal advice on all aspects of company and commercial law, including ongoing corporate governance, corporate restructurings and due diligence exercises. She also represents clients of the wider insurance market on complex regulatory framework issues of insurance law.
