In 2023, Herzog Fox & Neeman invested heavily in its white-collar crime practice, marking it as a key contender for high-stakes cases. In January, Elad Pinchas joined from the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, where he was a senior prosecutor. Four months later, the firm hired a large group from Balter, Guth, Aloni & Co, which included Guy Ne’eman, who now leads the white-collar and special solutions team; Lilach Keynan, who co-ordinates the special solutions area; and Eran Shacham-Shavit, who co-ordinates the white-collar division. Israel > Dispute resolution > Dispute resolution: mediation and international arbitration

Heavily weighted towards mediation work, Herzog Fox & Neeman’s alternative dispute resolution practice is expected to step up a gear following the recent arrival of Roy Schondorf, formerly Israel’s Deputy Attorney General (International Law).
