Career

Gal started working at Herzog as an intern in 2015 and was promoted to Partner in January 2024 after continually demonstrating leadership, ingenuity, and legal prowess.

Gal specializes in fund formation, providing legal advice to fund managers, including structuring, drafting fund documents, formation of fund entities, and fundraising, and thereafter accompanying the day-to-day activities of the fund.

Gal has vast experience working on various types of investment funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, growth funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, debt funds and funds of funds. She also represents some of the largest institutional investors in Israel as well as private investors, including high net worth individuals, in their investments in all types of Israeli and foreign investment funds.

Gal also takes on pro-bono work within Herzog and handled few cases of Ilan (nonprofit organization in Israel, working with physically disabled people) and with the Hotline for Refugees within the last year.
