Réti, Várszegi and Partners PwC Legal harnesses the experience of its dispute resolution team to represent domestic and multinational corporates in matters ranging from civil law disputes, disputes related to business agreements and PPP project disputes to insolvency procedures, tax litigation, consumer protection and IP and IT-related matters. The practice’s active roster spans such sectors as food, sports, consumer goods, agriculture, real estate, hospitality and energy. The group is jointly led by László Réti, who draws on over 35 years in the practice space; firm managing partner Zoltán Várszegi, who, along with Dániel Kelemen, brings expertise to complex tax litigation matters; Péter Zalai, who manages civil law and infringement procedures.
