They have recently advised on the newly introduced extra-profit taxes. Co-head Zoltán Várszegi specialises in tax litigation, including ECJ cases and constitutional court proceedings. Co-head Dániel Kelemen combines expertise in litigation and dispute-avoiding strategies, with a focus on VAT, digital tax, transfer pricing and local tax disputes.
