Angelique is part of Van Doorne’s Real Estate and Finance department. Angélique divides her time between Van Doorne’s Amsterdam and London offices and advises banks, other finance institutions, insurers, alternative lenders, (semi-)governmental bodies, private equity and other investors with respect to structured finance, real estate finance and project finance transactions. Angelique also advises on the sale and purchase of loan portfolios (performing and sub-/non-performing) and restructuring solutions. Angelique is a highly experienced specialist in Dutch and cross-border secured finance transactions.
Angelique has a PhD in Dutch, English and German law on the subject of collective security arrangements for club loans and syndicated loans and capital market transactions.
