Remco, attorney at law, is a member of the real estate practice group of Van Doorne N.V. He specialises in environmental and spatial planning law, general administrative procedure law, construction law, and the overlapping area between public/private law and rental law. He advises project developers, investors, banks, corporates, contractors and various government authorities.
Remco also assists companies in the food industry and other regulated markets.

Remco is a member of the Association for Construction Law, the Association of Real Estate Law Lawyers, and the Association for Administrative Law. Remco also teaches internal and external courses. Furthermore he is a teacher at the Law Firm School.
Van Doorne‘s environment and planning department handles the environmental aspects of spatial planning law, as well as a broad range of advisory, litigious and transactional matters for domestic and international clients. Ingeborg Wind-Middel ‘has outstanding knowledge in her field and knows how to translate this into practical advice‘; she often advises on environmental issues and sustainability matters. Wind-Middel co-heads the practice with Jeanette Ozinga, Remco Bäcker and Cees Kniestedt.
