Fabio Elsener is Counsel in our Banking and Finance Group in Zurich. He focuses on finance and debt capital market transactions, including loans, bonds and notes issues, rights issues, securitizations, collective investment schemes, hedge funds and structured products, as well as regulatory matters with a focus on FinTech business models, including blockchain and DeFi applications.
