Rikke Hoffensetz Andresen is head of the firm’s M&A Real Estate team and is one of three women ranked by Chambers within Real Estate. Rikke has extensive experience in both urban development, real estate development and transactions and she provides advice to pension funds, national and international property investors, developers and municipalities. She provides advice to a number of municipalities and pension funds in development of new urban areas. Rikke is highly experienced in conducting complex property transactions and has assisted clients in connection with some of the most significant real estate transactions in Denmark through the years.
