Rasmus is head of the firm’s construction department. Rasmus has 19 years’ experience offering legal advice on tendering, contracts and procurement-related issues as well as complex litigation matters within the construction sphere. Likewise, Rasmus has also been involved in some of the largest and most complex infrastructure and PPP projects. Rasmus represents both private and public owners, lenders, contractors and technical consultants and provides advice in English, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
Rasmus has extensive experience in conducting court cases and arbitration proceedings (national as well as international) within construction and infrastructure. Rasmus has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court.
Rasmus has significant experience with major urban development projects, where Rasmus has experience with a variety of different collaboration forms. Rasmus has acted both on the public and private sector in these often long-term projects, where Rasmus is often engaged as a trusted advisor throughout the project's lifespan.
