The ‘highly qualified’ insolvency and restructuring practice at Kromann Reumert is recognised for its expertise in specialised insolvency, restructuring, and estate administration, complemented by broad transactional experience in M&A and financing. The practice is co-led by Christian Jul Madsen, described as a ‘high-class advisor,’ who specialises in restructuring, bankruptcy, and liquidation proceedings, including complex out-of-court schemes with multiple financial creditors. Supporting him is Teis Gullitz-Wormslev, who is a specialist in all aspects of insolvency law and a permanent liquidator at the Copenhagen Bankruptcy Court. Kamilla Krebs also plays a key role, advising on the management of insolvent or distressed businesses across sectors such as finance, real estate, and groceries.
