At the core of his advice is a combination of thorough legal knowledge, insight into Danish and international business conditions, and the ability to harmonise these elements within the context of the client’s strategy and commercial requirements.

Christian is a restructuring administrator or trustee in a considerable number of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. He is also engaged in a large number of out-of-court restructuring proceedings and advises financial creditors on their positions in relation to various customers. Many of his cases have international dimensions, where Christian draws on his considerable experience in cross-border restructuring and other insolvency proceedings.

As an additional area of expertise, Christian has special insight into the dental industry and the unique problems associated with the transfer of dental clinics. Beyond this, Christian is member of various boards.
