Christina is Head of Kromann Reumert’s M&A and Greenlandic law groups.
She advises Danish and foreign private equity and venture funds as well as industrial businesses and owners on mergers and acquisitions, investments and succession planning – including in relation to structuring, negotiation and conclusion of shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, share purchase agreements, and due diligence reviews.
Christina has advised on numerous IPOs and share issues and has extensive experience in drafting prospectuses and handling verification processes. She is also advisor to a number of Greenlandic businesses and has in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic law.
Commercial insight and a strong professional foundation are key elements in Christina’s advice. Christina’s approach is informal, solution- and process-oriented, and includes an emphasis on mapping out the course of action together with the client to ensure alignment of expectations – all with a view to achieve results that meets the client’s needs and interests.
