Henrik Møgelmose specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets and company law, and also handles general commercial law matters. Henrik became a partner in 1993.

Henrik represents both Danish and foreign industrial and financial businesses, and private equity funds on disposals and acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings and share issues. Henrik is highly experienced in major M&A and capital markets transactions, including M&A transactions abroad and privatisations. He has advised on numerous transactions and mergers within the banking sector.

Henrik also advises a long list of clients on general company law and stock exchange regulation matters.
