Overview
A leader in the gaming sphere, Steven’s practice includes, gaming, M&A and corporate work. He continues to work closely with and assisting the Firm’s Senior Partner and Gaming expert Peter Isola.
He is a regular contributor to industry publications and is retained by a significant number of leading e-gaming companies based in Gibraltar.
Gaming And E-Commerce
Steven is a regular adviser in the areas of gaming, licensing and regulation and company law, working closely with a significant number of licensed and international online gaming companies on areas ranging from general e-commerce/site content, intellectual property, data, technology, gaming, licensing, compliance and regulatory matters.
M&A
Steven also advises new ventures in the online gaming / virtual entertainment space ranging from e-sports and fantasy betting to event prediction platform product providers and continues to stay abreast of developments in what is a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
He continues to secure numerous remote gambling licences and regularly leads in M&A work in the sector.
