Focus on high-level transactions and transaction related disputes.
Partner Jan Ollila heads the firm’s Public M&A practice. He is known for advising corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions on public and private M&A and capital markets transactions and on transaction related disputes. He renders strategic advice to Finnish private and listed companies as well as to a number of international companies with operations in Finland. He also acts as arbitrator and mediator in domestic and cross-border commercial disputes.
Jan was the Managing Partner of the firm in 2007 – 2014 and is the Senior Partner since 2015.
Euromoney’s Expert Guides ranks Jan as one of the 30 best M&A lawyers in the world. He is the only lawyer in Finland and one of only two lawyers in the Nordics on this exclusive list.

Jan Ollila joined Dittmar & Indrenius 1992, Partner 2000. He was the Managing Partner of the firm in 2007 – 2014 and Senior Partner 2015-2022.

Jan Ollila is an experienced chairman of boards and general meetings.
