Senior Partner Jan Ollila heads the firm’s Transaction Powerhouse and M&A & Private Equity practice. He focuses on high-level M&A, finance and capital markets transactions and on disputes in relation thereto.
Jan Ollila is known for advising corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions on public and private M&A, finance and capital markets transactions and on disputes in relation thereto. He acts as arbitrator and mediator in domestic and cross-border commercial disputes.
Jan was the Managing Partner of the firm in 2007 – 2014 and is the Senior Partner since 2015.
Euromoney’s Expert Guides ranks Jan as one of the 30 best M&A lawyers in the world. He is the only lawyer in Finland and one of only two lawyers in the Nordics on this exclusive list.

He is the former President of the Association Européenne d’Etudes Juridiques et Fiscales (2012 – 2015).

Dittmar & Indrenius specialises in complex, high-value transactions for international corporates and private equity houses, mainly handling matters with a cross-border element. It is also highly experienced in capital markets and public M&A energy and infrastructure deals in the Nordics and Baltics.
