Position

Focus on complex precedent-setting employment law matters and employment law related dispute resolution.

Partner Seppo Havia is known for his extensive experience and insight of Finnish and international employment and pensions law and employee benefits related matters, including reorganizations, M&A, outsourcing arrangements and dispute resolution.

He represents clients in complex employment litigations. He has been the Lead Partner in representing the largest Finnish listed forest industry companies as well as technology industry companies in precedent-setting and high-profile court cases regarding criminal and damage claims against labour unions based on illegal strikes.

He is also the lead advisor for several well established Finnish and multinational companies in their employment related matters.

Career

Seppo Havia joined Dittmar & Indrenius 2004, Partner 2010. Prior to joining D&I he was Head of Department and Lawyer of the Association of Support Service Industries in 1999-2004.
