Managing Partner Gabrielle Dannberg is known for her pragmatic approach, technical skills and strong commitment to the projects. Gabrielle has special focus on technology transactions.
She regularly advises private equity firms and large corporates on transactions, including buy-outs, minority investments, exits, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations as well as general M&A, contractual and corporate matters.
As the Managing Partner, Gabrielle leads the partnership and the management team being in charge of Dittmar & Indrenius’ day-to-day operations. She also manages the firm’s strategy developed together with the partnership and with the involvement of the whole firm.
