Francesco advises Italian and international clients on Corporate – Private M&A, Public M&A, public companies, banking, insurance and others regulated entities with a focus on complex transactions such as mergers, divisions, acquisitions, capital increases, joint ventures, takeover bids or exchange tender offerings and listed securities.
Career
Francesco Tedeschini joined the Firm in 1989 and became a Partner in 1998. From 2018 to 2021 he was the Firm’s Partner of Reference. He has been the Firm’s Chairman since 2021 and has been confirmed in the position for the next three years as well.
