His experience spans various industries including banks, insurance and other regulated entities.
Career
Marco Maugeri joined the Firm in 2000 and became a Partner in 2007. Since 2024 Co-Head of the “Capital Markets – Public-M&A” Practice Area and Head of the “Public M&A” Practice Area.
Full Professor of Corporate Law and European Capital Markets Law at Roma Tre Law School.
