Mr. Kauten has worked on almost all of the M&A transactions of the firm in the past years. He is usually leading the due diligence exercises and he is responsible for contract drafting and closing processes. He has valuable experience in banking and finance, and real estate related transactions. Due to his wide experience in many industry sectors we can present to our clients solid experience in such industries.
In the context of M&A transaction he is responsible for, and coordinates all, the regulatory filings, including FDI filings, and has gained significant experience in these areas as well.
