Andrea Presser has represented and advised various renowned clients in M&A transactions, share deals and asset deals as well as corporate matters in the last 24 years. She regularly lectures corporate law at the Civil Law Department of the Faculty of Law of ELTE University (Budapest). She is the author of numerous articles in the field of corporate law/civil law. She is also a former leading member of the new Hungarian Civil Code committee of the Leasing Association.
Furthermore, Andrea specializes in leasing and regulatory matters. She also prepared an analysis of the requirements of the statutory regulation of lease transactions in the course of the codification works of the new Civil Code and participated in the codification works.
