Career
Saul is a senior counsel in the area of Corporate M&A and has 17 years’ professional experience.
He has worked mainly in the areas of aviation law, commercial and corporate law, and in the implementation of projects and infrastructures in Portugal and Africa in a variety of sectors. Saul has extensive experience in negotiating and implementing contracts in the aviation sector, and in providing legal advice relating to the regulatory aspects of this sector.
Saul completed a postgraduate courses in energy law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
Before joining PLMJ, he was a lawyer at TAP Air Portugal, an associate at the law firm Miranda & Associados, and worked on secondment at the European Investment Bank.
