ADVANT Altana’s team advises and assists French and foreign companies in their domestic and international disputes (Algeria, Hungary, Madagascar, Morocco, New Caledonia, Polynesia, etc.) in all aspects of the project and construction operation:

ADVANT Altana‘s team has expertise in negotiating and preparing all major construction contracts, as well as bespoke contracts and other agreements, such as joint venture agreements. The team’s experience of using The New Engineering Contract (NEC) and the Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs - Conseils (FIDIC) contracts is notable. With a cross-border reach, the firm has ‘developed global skills of very high quality’. Louis des Cars is particularly focused on public procurement contracts, mainly contracts involving hospitals, transport infrastructures, and telecommunications installations, and private construction transactions.
