What do you see as the main points that differentiate [law firm name] from your competitors?
Our Firm includes a group of qualified lawyers and consultants who enjoy a good reputation and distinguished relations within the State of Kuwait, especially as they have a great experience of more than twenty-five years.
Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?
There is no doubt that the practices that can be growing during the next 12 months dependent on the global health system that the world is going through considering the epidemics and diseases that have swept the world recently, which negatively affected the global economy and the increase in trade and labor issues and compensation issues.
What is the main change you have made in the firm that will benefit clients?
The main change that has been made and which have brought benefits to clients. Amending the contracts of contracting companies for arbitration and dispute settlement committees in cases and working on settlement of reconciliation and agreement settlement cases, which preserves the client’s rights with others.
Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?
With the emergence of the Corona pandemic, which led to the intensification of the efforts of public and private institutions in the country to work on activating all information and electronic systems to facilitate the requirements of all groups of people, and then information technology had a great impact on the performance of legal services to our clients in all its forms and achieving our goals through a faster means that leads to the goal and satisfies the customer Several meetings were held by the (Zoom) program with clients from inside and outside Kuwait to discuss all issues and consultations related to them, in addition to the fact that the communication link between clients is mostly done through e-mails to speed communication and prepare the required legal response.
Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?
We have proposed to one of our customers to issue new marketing contracts with banks and government agencies to provide their medical treatment and services with financial advantages to increase their customers and compensate for the losses they suffered considering the Corona pandemic, and this has already been done and this procedure had a great impact on increasing the percentage of profits, compensating for losses and not dispensing with some employees and stability of their work until now.
Are clients looking for stability and strategic direction from their law firms – where do you see the firm in three years’ time?
Yes they do, since the principle in the legal profession and the nature of the lawyer’s work is to exert all the effort and care required by law in order not to be accused of negligence in front of the client and from this point of view we confirm that all members of the office spare no effort in permanent research and continuous development in order to keep pace with the senior offices on the scene in the State of Kuwait, and we hope To achieve the goals of the legal profession locally and internationally within the next three years.
