In a landmark deal in the electric vehicle space, the firm asssisted Bank of Baroda with funding working capital requirements of Ola Electric for its green field project for manufacturing two wheeler vehicles. The firm also advised Neev Fund on their investment in Chakr Innovation, a company which aims to combat air pollution by using climate technology.

Internally, the firm has set a net-zero target across all its offices and established an ESG practice and a ‘Green Project’ committee responsible for the integration of sustainability goals within the firm’s operations. Additionally, firm founder Rajiv K Luthra co-founded The Paani Foundation, a watershed management project which started by aiding 116 villages in the Maharashtra region and is now active in almost 6000 villages. The project has created many billion litres of water storage capacity in the region.
