Alice joined Druces in 2019 as a solicitor having trained in Family and Private Client law. Promoted to Associate in 2022, she advises high net worth individuals on estate and tax planning, including will preparation, trust and estate administration, retaining a focussed practice in charity law and Court of Protection applications.
Her probate practice spans France, Spain, and Italy, navigating double-taxation treaties, being particularly knowledgeable on the Trust Registration Service. Alice handles contentious probate cases and provides pre-arrival planning for non-domiciled individuals, covering residency tests, remittance basis, advising on domicile and breaking domicile, de-enveloping offshore trusts and BVI companies and advising on ongoing offshore trusts. Actively building relationships with charity and trust company clients, recently expanding her network in the Channel Islands. Alice is a full member of STEP.

Alice read Geography at The University of Nottingham before gaining a Graduate Diploma in Law and completing the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in London.
