Position

Phillip has a well-established and busy international practice as counsel and international arbitrator.  As well as being a barrister, he is also a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an accredited mediator.

Phillip is a specialist in the  dispute resolution by international arbitration of commercial contractual, investment and construction disputes

Career

Qualified 1990; Inner Temple and Gray’s Inn, England and Wales; licensed as a foreign legal consultant in the state of New York; advocate of the High Court of Uganda and the courts of the East African Community; chartered arbitrator and accredited mediator.
