Barrister (King’s Counsel) specialising in commercial litigation, civil fraud, company, employment (directors and senior executives), LLP and partnership and arbitration.
Frequently instructed in major domestic and cross-border commercial fraud disputes, drawing on experience in commercial and company law as well private international law. Experienced leading big teams of Counsel and working collaboratively with a range of professionals in multi-disciplinary litigation. Has acted as leader in the Supreme Court and Privy Council.
