Edgar is the Deputy Office Managing Partner of the Mexico City office.��He represents financial institutions and debtor companies in respect to international credit facilities, structured finance, project finance, securities offerings, and restructurings, as well as corporations and private equity funds with respect to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust and general corporate matters.

Its experience in the hydrocarbons area includes incorporations in Mexico, upstream natural gas licensing (both onshore and offshore), and significant project financing.
