Position

Per Vestergaard Pedersen advises Danish and international companies and public authorities. For more than 20 years, Per has advised and assisted companies in relation to shipping, transport, logistics, trade in goods as well as commercial agreements and matters. His assistance includes, among other matters, drafting of standard agreements and negotiation and making of agreements and their application in practice.

Per also advices and assists companies in relation to sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and rules thereon and companies’ policies, procedures, reports, due diligence and agreement thereon.

Per also has many years of experience in providing advice and assistance to companies and public authorities regarding natural resources, energy, environment, climate and international law. He also provides advice on telecommunications and communications satellites.

Per advises and assists companies on the interpretation and application of rules on sanctions and expert controls as well as in relation to drafting and applying policies and procedures regarding compliance with the rules in that respect.

Per is the author of the book “Transport Law: introduction to the rules on transport of goods” (title in Danish: “Transportret – introduktion til reglerne om transport af gods”) and author and co-author of other books and articles on legal matters.
