Position

Emilie Møller advises on real-estate transactions and is the Danish as well as Nordic Practice Group Head of DLA Piper’s Real Estate Group.

In 2019, Emilie was selected for Berlingske Talent 100 (a list of the 100 most promising business talents in Denmark under the age of 35) and was also awarded the Estate Media Award for young talent of the year.

Emilie has a wealth of experience in completing major real-estate transactions for Danish as well as international property investors, private equity funds, asset managers and developers.

Emilie has acted on several of the most significant transactions in Denmark and she is particularly recognised for her competencies in managing and driving comprehensive transactions and processes as well as for her commercial and solution-oriented approach.

Emilie has particular experience within portfolio transactions of commercial and residential rental properties and transactions of development properties, including forward-purchase and forward-funding models.

Her assistance spans all phases of a transaction, including management of the due diligence process, structuring, contract negotiations and financing.
