Augusto Nicolás Mancinelli is the head of the Tax & Customs Department. Augusto has extensive experience in tax advice and litigation, customs and FX regulations representing multinational and local companies. He focuses his practice in tax planning, local and international tax counsel, tax controversy and disputes, transactional tax planning, transfer pricing, customs, and FX matters.
Augusto has extensive experience in dealing with various governmental authorities such as the Tax Department and Customs. He advises a wide range of local and multinational companies such as Vivendi, Ecolab, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Amazon, Kellogg´s, Danaher, The Carlyle Group, Simon Group Holdings, among others. His practice uses a unified approach that comprises Tax, Customs, FX and export/import controls, advising and representing clients in complex matters and litigations.
