Mikhaelle Schiappacasse’s practice focuses on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing, and restructuring of fund platforms and investment funds, including hedge, debt, real estate, private equity and fund of funds across a broad range of asset classes and fund domiciles.
She also provides investor-side advice in connection with investments into a variety of fund structures.
Ms. Schiappacasse has experience in the cross-border aspects of marketing alternative investment funds in Europe.
Ms. Schiappacasse also advises on the establishment of asset management businesses, including the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and limited liability partnership agreements.
She also acts for investment funds and their managers on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
