Position

Ziad is a partner based in the Dentons’ Riyadh office, after postings in Paris, London and Dubai. He is the managing partner of Dentons’ Saudi Arabia offices and a member of the Corporate practice.

Ziad has broad-based international corporate experience, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. He is the trusted adviser to corporate, private equity and financial institution clients on domestic and complex cross-border acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side, including in auction), and joint ventures, in a wide range of industries, as well as on ongoing corporate and securities law matters.

Ziad advises extensively in all areas of international capital markets, advising issuers and underwriters in connection with equity and debt offerings, including initial public offerings, rights issues and privatizations.

His experience also includes the formation of Shariah-compliant funds in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to his transactional experience, Ziad advises on PPP projects and project structuring in the aviation and infrastructure sectors in Saudi Arabia.

Ziad is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
