  • Assisting the consortium (which led by the UAE’s Alcazar Capital) in preparing a bid for multiple leading social infrastructure PPPs being procured by Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia, including reviewing negotiating bid documentation, drafting commercial documentation (EPC and facilities management), advising on bid clarifications and procurement requirements and advising on and negotiating the financing.
