Career
Adam S. Goodman is a litigator and partner in Dentons’ Competition/Antitrust and Foreign Investment group.
Adam’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, class action defence, cartel defence, and merger clearance under the Competition Act and the Investment Canada Act. He has represented clients at all levels of Ontario and Federal courts. Adam also has extensive experience representing clients in contentious public inquiries.
Active in several bar associations, Adam holds leadership positions in the International Bar Association (IBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA). Adam currently serves as Co-Chair of the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee and sits on the Advisory Board of the Pricing Conduct Committee of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. Adam also regularly speaks, teaches and writes on competition law, foreign investment law and litigation topics.
