The practice is headed by Clark Kassian in Calgary, a specialist in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, land development and commercial leasing; and Katarzyna Sliwa in Toronto, an experienced negotiator in approval processes for development and redevelopment projects. Other key figures include Philip M. Rimer in Ottawa, who brings expertise to real estate and infrastructure transactions with Indigenous stakeholders; Scott H.
