Kirsti OlsonDentons

Dentons has a strong profile for contentious work in the transport sector, including ports and ferries, which is typically led by the Edinburgh-based Kirsti Olson, but the team also acts across other sectors. In the non-contentious sphere, team head Mark Macaulay (specialises in construction procurement) provides assistance with Scottish, UK-wide and international office, mixed-use, infrastructure and energy sector projects and routinely works in close cooperation with other offices across the network. Its non-contentious offering was underlined with Paul Young‘s promotion to partner in summer 2021.
