Bram Braat is a leading expert in procurement, competition and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on litigation procedures and tender procedures. He brings international best practice and insight to his work for clients, he studied law in the US (as well as in The Netherlands) and completed his PhD in 2018 which examined the impact of cartels in both the EU and the US.

Given his academic track record, the market recognition he has received as well as his work for clients across sectors, Bram is regularly asked to speak, moderate and contribute to market conferences, seminars and similar in relation to competition and procurement law.

With strong working relationships with colleagues across Europe and beyond, Bram knows how to respond efficiently to issues that arise in different countries and recognizes the power of being able to regularly utilize international precedents and uses the experience he has gained from advising on dozens of tender procedural matters to provide the strategic advice necessary to enable his clients to win their tenders.
