Acted for a major Chinese SOE in the power transmission and distribution sector on its acquisition of a 83.15% stake in a Peru-listed electricity distribution company Enel Distribucion Peru and a 100% stake in advanced energy services provider Enel X Peru from Enel Peru, a subsidiary of Italy’s Enel Group.
